Goodbye OpenSuse.....Hello Ubuntu!!!!

After a few months trying OpenSuse 11.0, i had to remove it from my laptop. Its because i seldom use it and lots of problem to solve such as the networking especially wi-fi driver. Maybe i'm very lazy to search the google for solutions but i did try and no luck. So i used it for the last time last nigt and finally delete it..snif...snif...  Goodbye old mate..!!

And Hello to my not so new friend!!....Ubuntu 8.10 (code-named Intrepid Ibex). Actually i have been using Ubuntu on and off..install and uninstalling..bla-bla-bla..I downloaded the iso image from my office (muahahahaaaaa)..I can't wait to install it today..i heard this time they support the 3G modem like the HUAWEI modem because the previous ubuntu (Ubuntu 8.04 and below) not support it yet. But thanks to the mighty internet, open software and dedicated programmer i did manage to find the driver for huawei modem and use it for a couple of months until suddenly my pc breaks down.

It's a good thing they create WUBI..you don't to have to worry about partition anymore..it makes installing Ubuntu just like installing a normal software. It creates an image file on your C drive and on that image file lies your ubuntu os. That's why i say you don't have to worry about partitioning (well maybe you need to worry about your harddisk size).
